Handmade curry chicken bawan with innovative flavors. The outer shell is made from a mixture of freshly ground Taiwanese rice and potato starch. The inside is filled with fresh chicken nuggets, onions, potatoes, garlic, coconut milk and turmeric. Steamed and then heated in oil. New Asian flavored meatballs.
